Otto’s Coffee House & Kitchen held a paper cup exhibition in the pub to raise clients’ awareness of environmental security.
Otto’s Coffee House & Kitchen in Sevenoaks, UK established a brief effort to change consumer perception about utilizing private cups rather than paper cups. They maintain a small exhibition in the pub and this display is just… disposable paper cups.
Like most coffee shops, Otto’s Coffee House & Kitchen in Sevenoaks formerly used paper cups for serving. However, following a period of surgery and recognizing their detrimental impacts on the environment, they made a decision to alter.

They composed on the cafe’s instagram webpage concerning the paper cup display: “Just over a month ago we decided to remove plastic cups from our coffee business when we started the #waronwaste campaign. After some difficult research, we took the initiative to start the campaign, taking a sizable risk to prove that it is possible to protect the environment in this way…
We also lost some customers, and also learned many valuable lessons. But overall, we were heartened by the large number of people supporting us. Thank you to everyone who walked through the door with a personal cup, thank you to all the businesses & individuals who advised us and supported us. Thank you to everyone who has been patient with us explaining what we’re trying to achieve…”

They took photos using full disposable cups into their shop to show clients how big the total amount of waste generated from such cups and easily around 91 percent of their waste isn’t at all. Substance – a’load’ to the ground.
It could be stated this is a bold and decisive step from Otto and as shared, they’ve dropped a variety of consumers. However, it’s an act of courage and worth studying, a mention a little portion people may do for character.
