This “flying castle” was found off the coast of France. Thanks to an odd optical phantasm, it seems like a Disney film.
Locate the mysterious flying fort in France
This flying fort is named Mont Saint Michel, a monastery in Normandy. If you will have by no means seen the monastery in actual life, the viewer might misunderstand that it’s floating on a cloud in the course of the ocean.

The Monastery of Mont Saint Michel is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, relationship again to the sixth century. Visitors can solely attain it by foot when the tides change. The land the place the fort is situated turns into an island at low tide.
Vincent (who lives in Drôme, France) mentioned: “I acquired right here hopefully. That afternoon there was heavy rain and it was fairly cool, so there was a layer of fog on the ocean floor, making the ‘flying fort’ extra actual and luxurious than ever.”

He added: “The feeling of getting a flying fort is magical, like within the universe of director Hayao Miyazaki.”

Hayao Miyazaki is a Japanese director, specializing in the direction of Ghibli’s animated fiction films, with a preference for flying characters/things such as Kiki’s Delivery Service, Castle in the Sky, My Neighbor Totoro .. .
According to the photographer, the sunset and lights of Mont-Saint-Michel made the scenery around the castle more magical.

Mr. Vincent expressed: “The mysterious space of the castle makes me lightheaded. That feeling is very spiritual. I don’t really believe in a particular god, but nature sometimes gives us powerful and fanciful messages.”
And earlier this 12 months, the flying fort was in search of employees members who may keep on the monastery, who could be given a “preferential” keep in rooms with 360-degree sea views.

It is understood that the fort can also be mentioned to be the inspiration for the fort within the Disney film Tangled, the place the princess with magical hair, Rapunzel, was born.
