The document of the Provincial People’s Committee clearly states that, in the past time, the Provincial People’s Committee has received a lot of information about the construction of the new urban area project TMS Land Dam Coi. Therefore, the Provincial People’s Committee assigned the Department of Construction to lead and coordinate with the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development; Department of Natural Resources and Environment, Department of Transport; Vinh Yen City People’s Committee and relevant agencies and units inspect the construction conditions of the project; in case of ineligibility to request a suspension for review.

It is known that in addition to TMS Dam Coi in Vinh Phuc, the TMS Grand City Phuc Yen project (Phuc Yen town, Vinh Phuc province) has also been reflected in the investor’s sale of the project when the legal conditions are not met. In addition, TMS Real Estate Joint Stock Company has leveled and poured the foundation into the area of ​​land that has not been agreed and compensated with people.

In Da Nang, the Codotel TMS Luxury project, located at Lot A3, Vo Nguyen Giap Street, My An Ward, Ngu Hanh Son District, is one of the five-star resort hotel projects advertised as international standards. , but repeatedly committed mistakes due to pollution of the marine environment.

Remember in 2019, the investor TMS Luxury Da Nang was administratively fined VND 70 million by the Inspector of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Da Nang for failing to comply with the content of the environmental impact assessment report. Previously, on August 10, 2018, TMS Luxury Da Nang was also found to arbitrarily discharge waste into the public drainage system and was fined 6 million VND by the Inspector of the Department of Construction of Da Nang. In 2018, the investor TMS Luxury Da Nang was also fined 40 million VND for the wrong construction of the issued construction permit.

Specifically, in Quang Ninh, at the end of 2019, TMS Group presented the idea of ​​​​investing and exploiting a number of projects with the leaders of this province. That is, the City of Light (Cam Pha); exploiting the planning, fair and exhibition supply of Quang Ninh province (Ha Long); Lung Xanh Buddhist Historical Park (Uong Bi) and Bach Dang Tourist Area (Quang Yen).

In Binh Thuan, at the end of September 2019, TMS Group also signed a memorandum of understanding to invest in the trillion TMS World Binh Thuan project. This project is located in the Mui Ne beach complex with the full name of the TMS Wonder World Mui Ne Urban – Resort – Sea Sports Complex Project, with an area of ​​about 1,350 hectares in Hoa Thang commune, Bac Binh district, Binh Thuan.

At this “super complex”, TMS Group intends to build synchronous multi-purpose and multi-utility complexes, serving the accommodation, resort and entertainment needs of modern society, entertainment services, High-class sports in Vietnam: International horse racing course, 36-hole links golf course, water play area, aquarium, marina.

Besides, there is also a complex of villas, international 5-star resort hotels, high-class conference centers. According to the investor’s proposal, the project has a total capital of nearly 15,000 billion VND and if approved, it will be determined to deploy immediately. The project is expected to be completed and put into operation in the first quarter of 2027.

In addition, the TMS Luxury Hotel Quy Nhon Beach project in Quy Nhon City was also accused of causing environmental pollution and cracking during construction. This incident was reported by Mr. Dau Tuan Trung, the owner’s representative. The TMS Group Joint Stock Company admitted that the damaged houses were partly affected by the construction of the project.
