Recently, the People’s Committee of Cam Ranh City has requested related items to help data on banning tourism in Binh Ba and Binh Hung – 2 well-known islands.
Where are Binh Hung and Binh Ba islands?
Binh Ba Island is a small island with an space of greater than 3 km², belonging to Cam Binh commune, Cam Ranh metropolis, Khanh Hoa province. Binh Ba Island is about 60km south of Nha Trang metropolis middle, about 15km east of Ba Ngoi port.
Binh Hung Island can also be a small island in Cam Ranh metropolis, Khanh Hoa province, about 82km from Nha Trang metropolis middle. The wild panorama, the particular clear blue water in Binh Hung island turns this place into a bit of the “Tu Binh” magnificence scene (Binh Hung, Binh Lap, Binh Ba, Binh Tien).

The motive for banning tourism in Binh Ba and Binh Hung is to make sure the safety of the army base at Cam Ranh.
In 2015, based on the Prime Minister’s resolution on rules to make sure safety and security at Cam Ranh army bases, Binh Ba and Binh Hung islands and the Hoi Cape space weren’t allowed to develop tourism. However, excursions and small guests nonetheless seem within the territory of those two islands.
