According to information from the People’s Committee of Ninh Binh province, in order to continue to effectively implement the “dual goal” in the province, which is both disease prevention and control, people’s health protection, economic recovery and development – In the new normal state of society, this province has agreed to allow the resumption of golf courses in the area.

Specifically, according to the decision of the People’s Committee of Ninh Binh province, golf courses in this province are allowed to reopen from June 12. The recipients are people living in Ninh Binh province and people from other provinces/cities with certificates of having been vaccinated against Covid-19.
This province also requires golf course management units and people coming to the golf course to strictly and fully implement measures to prevent and control the Covid-19 epidemic according to regulations, especially the 5K message of the Ministry of Health. Previously, due to unpredictable developments of the Covid-19 epidemic, Ninh Binh temporarily stopped accepting guests to play golf at golf courses in the province from May 16, 2021.
Previously, from the end of May 2021, Thanh Hoa province also allowed the opening of the golf course at the FLC Sam Son resort complex for guests in the province from May 29 at the proposal of the People’s Committee of Sam Son city for the reason. Golf is a sport that is characterized by small groups, not crowded with people. The reopening of the golf course also helps Sam Son to both prevent epidemics and develop socio-economic in accordance with the direction of the Government.
At the request of the golf course operator, guests coming to the course must fully comply with body temperature measurement, medical declaration, disinfection, and wearing masks at the quarantine checkpoint before entering the course; at the same time are instructed to ensure a safe distance from staff as well as other guests during the golf course. Public areas such as check-in areas and restaurants mark the distance according to regulations of the Ministry of Health.
