The 160-meter-long superyacht that can accommodate 10 helicopters from American designer Steve Kozloff is inspired by the multi-deck sailboats used by European powers in war in the 15th century.
Designer Steve Kozloff hopes that this superyacht of his will contribute to the green cruise ship industry, joining hands to protect the environment.
Galleon superyacht is up to 160m long, 8 floors high and is equipped with modern facilities from entertainment, sports to other high-class facilities. Inside this superyacht are 20 private compartments.
Galleon has an indoor sports area that includes a full-sized basketball court, tennis court and 4 handball courts. Many common areas in the hull include amenities such as parks, cafes, pubs, theatres, restaurants and more…
The fully enclosed 418m2 hangar holds 10 helicopters, as well as a dedicated maintenance facility. Recreational amenities have also been incorporated into the design, with the Galleon boasting two swimming pools and an indoor sports center with a full-sized basketball court, tennis courts and four handball courts.
Packed for adventure, the Galleon superyacht includes three garages that can accommodate six speedboats, four U-Boat Worx NEMO submarines, six RIBs and 21 personal watercraft. The ice-covered hull and aluminum superstructure, huge interior and hybrid diesel electric motor for a top speed of 18.4 knots.
With its monumental architecture and scale, the Galleon superyacht is called “yacht from the future” by many international newspapers.
