With a ardour for experiences and a love for the mountains and forests of the North, younger Pham Xuan Quy determined to give up his job, decide up a digicam, and got down to “hunt” kids’s smiles.

His journey this time lasted 45 days, passing via locations corresponding to: Moc Chau (Son La), Mu Cang Chai (Yen Bai), Y Ty (Lao Cai), Bac Ha (Lao Cai) and Dong Van (Lao Cai). Ha Giang). Currently, Quy continues to conquer his journey. When he completes his next trip, he will return to his hometown in Bien Hoa, to find a small job to do. He shared: “Since I have an old mother and an aunt, I have to take care of them“.
The choice to give up his job to pursue his ardour was Quy’s personal selection. He doesn’t share along with his household, alone on a motorcycle going to the highlands to discover, not everybody can do it like him.
With a love for nature and other people within the northern mountains, when requested by ViGuide about desirous to reside there, Mr. Xuan Quy replied:
“If given the opportunity, I want to live the rest of my life in Ha Giang. Ha Giang is something very special to me, all my thoughts and feelings for Ha Giang are very much.
After I die, I also want to rest in Ha Giang, to be a small part of this peaceful and magical land of the Fatherland, to be merged into Nho Que River, to be able to admire the pass day by day. Ma Pi Leng is majestic, listening to the sound of the trumpet on festive occasions, quietly watching the people and this dear borderland develop and become happy.“.
